A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE UNDERGROUNDING
OF EXISTING OVERHEAD UTILITIES, LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE, NORTH OF SAN BERNARDINO
ROAD, EAST OF VINEYARD AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement (URA-30) submitted by Michael Hayavi, as developer
for DRC2005-00831, for the undergrounding of the existing overhead utilities on the east side of
Vineyard Avenue, north of San Bernardino Road; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at the Developer's expense, has completed said utility
undergrounding; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest hereto and cause said
agreement to record.
