A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 19043 OFF SITES
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19043, submitted by Hugo Lepe and consisting of two
lots, generally located on the north side of Amber Lane west of Etiwanda Avenue, was approved
by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on December 9, 2009, and is in
compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant
to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Century Heritage Builders, Inc., as developer, has entered into an
Improvement Agreement, guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security, to complete the
necessary prerequisite off site improvements to Amber Lane.
NOW THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security submitted by said
developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk attest.
