A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP 19367
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19367, submitted by Wildwaters, L.P., a California
Limited Partnership and consisting of a subdivision into two parcels on 3.46 acres of land,
located at 13830 Blue Sky Court, west of Wardman Bullock Road, within the Very Low
Residential District of the Etiwanda North Specific plan, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on October 10, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19367 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite have now been met by
the installation of the required public improvements and a Monumentation Cash Deposit to set
the monuments by Wildwaters, L.P., a California Limited Partnership, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby
resolves that the offers for dedication, easements and the final map delineating the same for
said Parcel Map 19367 are hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
