A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A DETENTION BASIN
AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS FOR DRA-39 (TRACT 16776)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, adopted
Resolution No. 08-199 on October 1, 2008 approving a Reimbursement Agreement for an
interim detention basin and related improvements from Cucamonga Estates 52, LLC; and
WHEREAS, said Reimbursement Agreement was recorded in Official Records of San
Bernardino County, California on October 20, 2008 as Document No. 2008-0465305; and
WHEREAS, with the finished connection of the Base Line Road Master Plan Storm
Drain at the intersection of Base Line Road and Forester Place, said Reimbursement
Agreement is no longer required; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Reimbursement Agreement for Tract Map 16776
and that the City Clerk shall cause Releases of Reimbursement Agreement to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
