A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP 19043
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19043, submitted by Hugo Lepe and consisting of two
lots, generally located on the north side of Amber Lane west of Etiwanda Avenue, was approved
by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on December 9, 2009, and is in
compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant
to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19043 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on said Tentative Parcel Map, and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final
map by the City Council of said City were previously met, on November 7, 2012, by entry into an
Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Century Heritage
Builders, Inc., as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Parcel Map offering for dedication,
for street, highway and related purposes, the streets delineated thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Parcel
Map 19043 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California, to be filed for record.
