A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
TUYEN NGUYEN AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code Chapter 12.08
establishes requirements for construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of street improvements, established as prerequisite to
issuance of building permit for 6071 Summit Lane-has been met by entry into a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Tuyen Nguyen.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES to accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the
City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,California.
