I presently am and at all times mentioned herein have been the
Assistant Secretary of the Rancho Cucamonga Community Foundation Acting in
that capacity, on November 30 , 1989, at 8:00 a.m.
I posted a true and correct copy of the meeting agenda attached to this
declaration and marked Exhibit "A" on the City Hall Bulletin Board, 9320 Base
Line Road, Suite C, Rancho Cucamonga, California
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and
correct and that this declaration was executed on November 30 , 1989,

SUBJECT: Special Board of Directors Meeting
The special meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga Community Foundation Board of
Directors will be held on the third floor of Barton Plaza I on December 5, 1989,
at 11 :30 a.m. Board members can either "brown bag" lunch or order from Lite
Bites which provides salads and sandwiches for under $5.00. Should you wish to
place a lunch order, please call me no later than Monday, December 4, 1989 at
