The following item is a public hearing in which concerned individuals may make comment
• related to the preparation of the Environmental Impact Report for the General Update.
Speaker cards are provided for those wishing to speak. Please wait to be recognized
and address Staff by stating your name and address. All such opinions shall be limited
to 5 minutes per individual.
A. SCOPING MEETING TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE
PREPARATION OF THE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT - CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - The City of
Rancho Cucamonga will be the Lead Agency and is preparing an
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the project identified. The EIR
will be prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts
associated with the Rancho Cucamonga General Plan Update project.
The EIR will be prepared in conformance with the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public Resources Code [PRC]
§21000 et seq.) and the CEQA Guidelines (Title 14, California Code of
Regulations[CCR], Chapter 3, §15000 et seq.). This is an opportunity to
provide comment as to the scope and content of the environmental
information that should be included in the EIR.
III. PUBLIC COMMENTS
This is the time and place for the general public to comment. Items to be discussed here
are those that do not already appear on this agenda.
