A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION AND SIGNING OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
AGREEMENT NO. 013-N TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE
AGREEMENT NO. 08-5420R FOR FEDERAL-AID FUNDED
PROJECTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration Program Supplement Agreements No. 013-N between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and the State of California for the construction of the Deer Creek Bike Trail
Improvements from Base Line Road to Highland Avenue;
WHEREAS, the Program Supplement Agreements is a financial commitment of
Federal-Aid funds for the construction of the Deer Creek Bike Trail Improvements from Base Line
Road to Highland Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, this project is eligible for funding under the Safe Route to School
Program (Federal-Aid Funds);
NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
does hereby resolve to authorize the City Engineer to sign said Agreement and direct City Clerk to
attach a certified copy of this resolution and for the return of the original copies of said agreement to
the State of California, Department of Transportation, along with the certified copy of this resolution.
