Mr. Palo ezprooaed the concern of the low bid Of $3,839,584.00 Submitted by

Bill Holley addressed Council asking that they grant staff the approval to
prepare the contract, and that Council award the gas, to shooter /Botts. Inc.
for the construction of the Escitsga and Rod gill Community Parks at the
January 2, 1986 regular City Council meeting.
MOTIONI Moved by Dahl, seconded by Mikels for staff to prepare the contract
and award the aaem to Shooter /Butte, Iie. at the January 2, 1986 regular City
Council meeting. Motion carried unanimously 4 -0-1.
