to participate in the "Shaping Growth in American Communities' program.

Iae "Shaping Growth in American Ceumunities" program is a naticnal demonstration
program to help communities and regions deal witn change and growth in an
innovative aad responsible manor. This program will involve participation
Among the several cities in Sao Bernardino County, the County itself, and other
groups, eu,h as the Arts Foundation of San Bomar im Courry, the Inland Empire
Economic G.uncil, and the Inland Impire Tourism Council.
The $1,Onj.00 will cover our participation in the prol,ram during the coming
year{ however, it shuuld be uot"d that, the Gannett Fovndation Is considering
