HomeMy WebLinkAbout13-153 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 13-153 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2012/2013 LOCAL STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION — OVERLAY OF VARIOUS STREETS PROJECT CONTRACT NO. 13-093 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2012/2013 Local Street Pavement Rehabilitation — Overlay of Various Streets project Contract No. 13-093, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
