A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES FOR TRACT 16320 AND RELEASING THE
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
ON APRIL 19,2006
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,California,did consider the
Improvement Agreement and related Improvement Securities submitted by FH II,LLC,A California Limited
Liability Company, as Developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein,and generally located on Rocky Mountain Court,north of Woodridge Drive,and
release of previously approved Improvement Agreement and Improvement Securities;and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities,which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that (1) said Improvement Agreement, Improvement and
Improvement Securities submitted by FH H, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company are hereby
approved,(2)the previously approved Improvement Agreement and Improvement Securities are released and
(3) the mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
