A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP,
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND
MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 18741
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 18741, submitted by Centex Homes of California, LLC, a
Delaware Limited Liability Company and consisting of a subdivision of 40.12 acres of land into 53 single
family lots, located at the northwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Wardman Bullock Road, was approved
by the Planning Commission on January 9, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 18741 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on
the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the installation
of public street improvements by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the
Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit by Centex Homes of California, LLC, a
Delaware Limited Liability Corporation, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities and Monumentation
Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and that said
Tract Map 18741 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same
to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
