A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN
AGREEMENT FROM THE OWNERS OF PARCELS 3 AND 4 OF
PARCEL MAP 6582
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 81-189, on December 17, 1981, accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Charles J. and Jacquelyn Hughes; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on December 30, 1981, as
Document No. 81-282245; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was later
transferred with the land to the current owners of Parcels 3 and 4 of Parcel Map 6582; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement is no
longer required.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
fro m Parcels 3 and4 of Parcel Map 6582, authorizes the Mayor to sign same and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
