A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FY
2012/2013 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS FOR BUS STOPS AT
51 LOCATIONS CONTRACT NO. 13-294 AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, Left turn pocket extension on FY 2012/2013 Sidewalk Improvements for Bus
Stops at 51 Locations, Contract No. 13-294, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
