A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO FILE A CLAIM FOR THE
REIMBURSEMENT OF APPROVED SANBAG FUNDING FROM
THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA) ARTICLE
3, 20% TRANSIT ACCESS FUNDS FOR THE FY 2012/2013
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS FOR BUS STOPS AT
51 LOCATIONS
WHEREAS, the FY 2012/2013 Sidewalk Improvements for Bus Stops at 51 locations,
Contract No. 13-294, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, authorizing the City Engineer to file a claim for the reimbursement of approved
SANBAG funding from the Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3, 20% Transit Access
Funds.
