A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR
PARCEL MAP 19505
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19505, submitted by Royal Falcon Investment
Company, LLC, and consisting of a subdivision of 0.29 acres of land into 2 single family lots,
located at 8807 Center Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission on May 28, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19505 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown
on the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map
by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Monumentation Cash Deposit
by Royal Falcon Investment Company, LLC, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be
and the same are hereby approved that said Parcel Map 19505 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
