A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT OF
PARCEL MAP 19518
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19518, submitted by DCT 8th & Vineyard LLC, a
Delaware Limited Liability Company and consisting of a subdivision of 9 parcels with a combined
area of 8.61 acres into 3 parcels, located on the north side of 7th Street, 640 feet west of Hellman
Avenue, within the General Industrial (G1) District, was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 28, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19518 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown
on the Tentative Parcel Map, and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final parcel
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by DCT 8th &Vineyard, LLC, a Delaware
Limited Liability Company, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves
that said Parcel Map 19518 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
