A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
MASTER PLAN TRANSPORTATION FACILITY
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT
BANYAN STREET AND GOLDEN LOCK PLACE FOR TRACT
17651, SRA-60
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its consideration
a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by K. Hovnanian at Andalusia, LLC, the Developer, for a
master planned transportation facility installed in conjunction with the development of Tract
17651, located on the south side of Banyan Street east of East Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the required
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested reimbursement for the master plan
transportation facility improvements, as he is entitled to per Section 3.28.040 of the Municipal
Code, by means of said Reimbursement Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves
that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk attest thereto.
