A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF 1980-81 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
PROGRAM AND FINDING OF CONSISTENCY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of May,1980, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the attached proposed
Capital Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission concurs
in the recommended program as proposed; .and
WHEREAS, the proposed program conforms to the interim elements
of the General Plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission hereby:
SECTION 1 : Find that the attached Capital Improvement Program
is in conformance with the General Plan of Rancho Cucamonga.
SECTION 2: Recommends approval of the attached proposed
• Capital Improvements Program for the 1980-81 fiscal year to the City
Council of Rancho Cucamonga for its adoption.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THIS 28th day of May 1980.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 23rd day of April , 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
