• A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 11461
LOCATED BETWEEN CARNELIAN AND BERYL ON 19TH
STREET
WHEREAS, on May 2, 1980, a formal application as submitted
recuesting review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on June 11 , 1980, the Planning emission held a duly
adverti ed public hearing for the above-described .roject.
OW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONG' PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED AS OLLOWS:
SEC ON 1 : That the following indings have been made:
(a) Th: t the proposed map ' consistent with applicable

(b) That t 'e design or improvement of the proposed subdivision
is consisten with app icable general and specific plans .
(c) That the s to • physically suitable for the type of de-
velopment.

(e) That the design of he subdivision or the proposed improve-
ments are no , likely to cruse substantial environmental damage
or substant'. 11y and avoid. bly injure fish or wildlife or their
habitat.
(f) That the design of the subdivision or the type of improve-
ments is not likely to cause se 'ous public health problems .
(g) T at the design of the subdivision or the type of improve-
ments ill not conflict with easeme ts, acquired by the public
at la ge, for access through or use sf, property within the
prop sed subdivision.
