A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 11461
LOCATED BETWEEN CARNELIAN AND BERYL ON 19TH
STREET
WHEREAS, On May 2, 1980, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, On June 11 , 1980, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, On July 9, 1980 the Planning Commission approved
the phasing of development of this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 : That the following findings have been made:
(a) That the proposed map is consistent with applicable
general and specific plans .
(b) That the design or improvement of the proposed subdivision
is consistent with applicable general and specific plans .
• (c) That the site is physically suitable for the type of
development.
(d) That the site is physically suitable for the proposed
density of development.
(e) That the design of the subdivision or the proposed im-
provements are not likely to cause substantial environ-
mental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish
or wildlife or their habitat.
(f) That the design of the subdivision or the type of improve-
ments is not likely to cause serious public health problems.
(g) That the design of the subdivision or the type of improve-
ments will nto conflict with easements, acquired by the
public at large, for access through use of, property
within the proposed subdivision.
SECTION 2: That Resolution No. 80-33 is hereby rescinded
in its entirety.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THIS 9TH DAY OF JULY, 1980.

I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning Com-
mission held on the 9th day of July, 1980, by the following vote, to-wit:
