• A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING A REVISION TO DIRECTOR
REVIEW NO. 79-60 LOCATED ON THE SWC OF ARROW
AND ARCHIBALD IN THE M-1 ZONE.
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of July, 1980, a complete application
was filed for review of the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of August, 1980, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the site indicated by the development
plan is adequate in size and shape to accommodate
the proposed use, and all yards, spaces , walls,
fences, parking, landscaping, loading and other
features required by this section.
• 2. That the improvements as indicated on the develop-
ment plan are located in such a manner as to be
properly related to existing and proposed streets
and highways.
3. That the improvements as shown on the development
plan are consistent with all adopted standards and
policies as set forth in this section.
SECTION 2: That the revision to Director Review No. 79-60 is
approved subject to the conditions listed under
the original approval - Resolution No. 79-75.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF AUGUST, 1980.

Cucamonga, 'do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
