• RESOLUTION NO. 80-45
A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING SITE APPROVAL NO. 80-12
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ARROW AND
ARCHIBALD IN THE M-1 ZONE
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1980, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on August 27, 1980, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 : That the following findings have been made:
1 . That the site is adequate in size and shape.
2. That the site has adequate access.
3. That the proposed use will have no adverse
• effect on abutting property.
4. That the proposed use is consistent with the
General Plan.
5. That the conditions listed in this report are
necessary to protect the public health, safety,
comfort, convenience, and general welfare.
SECTION 2: That Site Approval No. 80-12 is approved subject to
the following conditions:
1 . This use shall be permitted at this location
for two (2) years from the date of this ap-
proval . An extension by the Planning Commission
could be granted if extenuating circumstances
are present.
2. The offices shall be used as business offices
only during week days from the hours of 8:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The offices may used for
group meetings only__after6:00 p.m. on week
nights and during the weekend as long as ade-
quate parking is available.
3. No group meetings will be permitted which would

exceed the available parking or cause adverse

affects upon abutting businesses or properties.
If such problems arise, then this item will be
brought before the Commission for their consid-
eration and possible termination of such use.
4. All City Codes and Ordinances shall be complied
with at all times.
