HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-52 - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 80-52 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING • COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONE CHANGE NO. 80-19 REQUESTING A CHANGE IN THE ZONING FROM R-1-5 to A-P & R-3 FOR 16 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ARCHIBALD AND BASE LINE - ASSESSORS PARCEL NO. 201-181-12, 21, & 22. WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September, 1980, an application was filed and accepted on the above described project; and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of October, 1980, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the California Government Code. SECTION 1 : The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: 1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses permitted in the proposed zone in terms of access, size, and compatibility with existing land use in the surrounding area; • 2. The proposed zone change would not have significant impact on the environment nor the surrounding properties ; and 3. That the proposed zone change is in conformance with the General Plan. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that this project will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on October 22, 1980. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California Government Code, that the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby recommends approval on the 22nd day of October, 1980, Zone Change No. 80-19. 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council approve and adopt Zone Change No. 80-19. 3.
