A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION DENYING DIRECTOR REVIEW NO. 80-38
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF HELLMAN, SOUTH OF
NINTH STREET IN THE M-R ZONE.
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 1980, a complete application
was filed for review of the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of November, 1980, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. The design and layout of the proposed development
will interfere with the use and enjoyment of
neighboring existing or future developments,
and may create traffic or pedestrian hazards.
2. The architectural design of the proposed development
is not compatible with the character of the surrounding
neighborhood and will not maintain the harmonious,
orderly and attractive development contemplated by
the Design Ordinance and the General Plan of the City.
3. . The design of the proposed development would not
provide a desirable environment for its occupants
and visiting public as well as its neighbors through
good aesthetic use of materials, texture and color
that will remain aesthetically appealing and will
retain a reasonably adequate level of maintenance.
4. The improvements as indicated on the development
plan are not located in such a manner as to be
properly related to existing and proposed streets
and highways.
5. The improvements as shown on the development
plan are not consistent with all adopted standards
and policies as set forth in this section.
SECTION 2: The Planning Commission hereby on November 12, 1980,
denies Director Review No. 80-38 based upon the above findings.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1980.

I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission
held on the 12th day of November, 1980, by the following vote to-wit:
