• A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6246
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 19TH STREET 240± EAST
OF AMETHYST STREET.
WHEREAS, on August 26, 1980, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above described tentative map; and
WHEREAS, on November 26, 1980, the Planning Commission held a
duly advertised public hearing for the above described map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the map is consistent with the proposed
General Plan.
2. That the improvement of the proposed subdivision
is consistent with the proposed General Plan.
3. That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed development.
• 4. That the proposed subdivision and improvements
will not cause substantial environmental
damage, public health problems or have adverse
affects on abutting property.
5. That the church must receive site approval and
submit site plan to the Planning Commission for
approval prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create significant
adverse environmental impacts and Negative Declaration is issued on
November 26, 1980.
SECTION 3: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 6246 is approved
subject to the conditions of the City Engineer' s Report pertaining
thereto.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1980.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 26th day of November, 1980, by the following vote
to wit:
