HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-43 - Resolutions - (2) • RESOLUTION NO. 81-43-A A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 11793 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project pursuant to Section 1.501.83(b) of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above described Tentative Tract 11793. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. The previously approved Tentative Map is in substantial compliance with the City' s current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, B. The extension of the Tentative Map will not likely cause significant inconsistencies with the current General Plan, ill Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, C. The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to cause public health and safety problems; and, D. The extension is within the time limits prescribed by state law and local ordinance. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Tract Applicant Expiration 11793 BLISS March 28, 1986 APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1985.
