A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL FOR DIRECTOR REVIEW NO. 79-68 LOCATED
AT 9560 BASE LINE ROAD.

WHEREAS, on the 12th day of December, 1979, Director Review
No. 79-68 was approved by the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 79-
76; and,
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of July the Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission held a meeting to consider the amendment to said Resolution
which established cul-de-sac and block wall requirements as conditions
of approval for the above-described project; and,
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the subdivision of
said projects land, Parcel Map No. 5545 was amended by the City Engineer
under authority of Ordinance No. 28 of the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga removed such cul -de-sac requirement on Roberds Court;
and
WHEREAS a petition to the City Council by the owners fronting
Roberds Court requested elimination of such cul-de-sac requirement and
• would not grant a right-of-entry to construct same and further voiced an
objection to a pedestrian access in above-mentioned block wall .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following findings have been made:
a. That the cul-de-sac is not essential to public health and
safety.
b. that the pedestrian traffic through the residential
street of Roberds Court is undesireable
Section 2: That Resolution No. 79-76 is hereby revised to
eliminate the requirements of a permanent cul -de-sac improve-
ments and a Pedestrian access on Roberds Court, as provided in
Section 3, item 28 of said Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF JULY, 1981.

I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
