A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT 81-03 ADDING
SECTION 61. 023(F) TO THE ZONING CODE PROVIDING
FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public
hearing to consider Zoning Ordinance Amendment 81-03, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission seeks to implement the Industrial
Specific Plan.
SECTION 1 : Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby recommends
to the City Council approval of the Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 81-03
which adds Section 61.023(F) to the Zoning Code as shown on the attached
proposed Ordinance.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission finds
that this amendment will not cause significant adverse impacts upon the
environment and therefore recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1981.
