HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-115A - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 81-115A • A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 11869. WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project pursuant to Section 1.401.11.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above described Tentative Tract. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. The previously approved Tentative Map is in substantial compliance with the City's current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, B. The extension of the Tentative Map will not cause significant inconsistencies with the current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, • C. The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to cause public health and safety problems; and, D. The extension is within the time limits prescribed by state law and local ordinance. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for six (6) months.
