• A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF TRACT
NO. 11415 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BANYAN
STREET WEST OF BERYL STREET
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of March, 1980, the City Council
ordered the Reversion to Acreage of Tract Nos. 9399 and 9400; and
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Tract No. 11415 is submitted
herewith for Tentative approval by said Commission, being in compliance
with said order, and, the California State Subdivision Map Act and
local ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. The tentative map is substantially correct in
form and content pursuant to said Council order.
2. The lots as shown on the tentative map conform to
current zoning standards.
• SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on
the environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on April
9, 1980.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission
held on the 9th day of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
• AYES: COMMISSIONERS: DAHL, JONES, GARCIA, TOLSTOY, REMPEL
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
