HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-21A - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO 82-21A • A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR PARCEL MAP 7061-4 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.82(b) of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described tentative parcel map. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for residential projects; B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable build at this time; C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code; • D. That there has been no signficant changes to the character of the area in which the project is located that would cause the project to become nonconforming or inconsistent with current standards. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Tract Applicant Expiration 7061-4 Kaiser Development Co.
