A ..RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 82-03, AMEND-
ING SECTIONS 61.022, 61.027A AND 61.0276 OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public
hearing to consider Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 82-03; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that such amendment is
necessary to protect the public health, safety and general welfare; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found it necessary to
regulate the operation of arcades and the use of amusement devices.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found
that this project will not create a significant adverse impact on the
environment and has recommended issuance of a Negative Declaration on
March 24, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
• 1. That pursuant to Section 64854 to 65847 of the
California Government Code, the Planning Com-
mission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
recommends approval on the 24th day of March,
1982, of Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 82-03.
2. That the Planning Commission recommends that the
City Council approve and adopt Zoning Ordinance
Amendment No. 82-03 as shown on the attached
Ordinance.
3. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and re-
lated material hereby adopted by the Planning
Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council .

• I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 24th day of March, 1982, by the following vote-
to-wit:
