HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-78A - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 82-78-A A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 10414 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.83(b) of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described Tentative Tract 10414. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for residential projects. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to record the map at this time; C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. • D. That the granting of said time extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Tract Applicant Expiration 10414 Landco September 8, 1986 APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 11th DAY OF JULY, 1984.
