A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA ESTABLISHING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION
STANDARDS FOR HAVEN AVENUE MEDIAN ISLANDS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
finds that it is necessary to set standards for Haven Avenue median
landscaping and irrigation to implement General Plan policies.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Guidelines
attached to this Resolution and has found that these standards are the minimum
necessary to implement the intent and purpose of the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY:
1. Adopts the attached Haven Avenue Median Design
Guidelines; and
2. Finds that such standards are the minimum necessary
to implement the intent and purpose of the General
Plan.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1982.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 8th day of September, 1982 by the following vote-to-wit:
