HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-100 - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 82-100 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 7267 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7267) , LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ROCHESTER AVENUE AND FOOTHILL BOULEVARD WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 7267, submitted by Lewis Development Company and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the northwest corner of Rochester Avenue and Foothill Boulevard,being a division of a portion of Section 6, Township 1 South; Range 7 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, as shown on Record of Survey, recorded in Book 1, Page 116; and WHEREAS, on September 7, 1982, a formal application was submitted requesting review of the above-described Tentative Map; and WHEREAS, on October 27, 1982, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing for the above-described map. NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: • SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made: 1. That the map is consistent with the proposed General Plan. 2. That the improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the proposed General Plan. 3. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed development. 4. That the proposed subdivision and improvements will not cause substantial environmental damage, public health problems or have adverse affects on abutting property. SECTION 2: That this project will not create significant adverse environmental impacts and a Negative Declaration is issued on October 27, 1982. SECTION 3: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 7267 is approved subject to the conditions of the City Engineer's Report pertaining thereto.
