HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-109 - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 82-109 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 82-25 FOR INLAND EMPIRE TURF SUPPLY LOCATED AT 9223 ARCHIBALD, SUITES D, E, F, G IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL CATEGORY (SUBAREA 4) ZONE WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 1982, a complete application was filed by James Gleason for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of November, 1982, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan, and the purposes of the zone in which the use is proposed; and • 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and 3. That the proposed use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and Industrial Specific Plan. SECTION 2: That Conditional Use Permit No. 82-25 is approved subject to the following conditions: PLANNING DIVISION 1. One stall behind the subject suites shall remain outside of the storage area for parking of the delivery truck(s) . A revised plan of the storage area must be submitted for approval by the Planning Division. 2. The outdoor storage of materials shall not exceed the height of the block wall enclosure. 3. The block wall and gates shall be painted to match • the color of the building. Resolution No. 82-109 Page 2 • 4. Any signs proposed for this project shall be designed in conformance with the Sign Ordinance and shall require review and approval by the Planning Division prior to installation of such signs. 5. If operation of the subject business causes adverse effects upon surrounding businesses this CUP will be brought back to the Commission for reconsideration and possible revocation of said permit. 6. All City Codes and Ordinances shall be complied with at all times. 7. Expansion or intensification of the subject use shall require modification of this Conditional Use Permit by the Planning Commission. 8. This Conditional Use Permit is valid only for the current owner and operator. Any change of ownership will require issuance of a new CUP. IP APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1982.
