HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-111 - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 82-111 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT NO. 82-05 REQUESTING A CHANGE IN THE ZONING FROM R-3 TO R-3/PD FOR 59 CONDOMINIUMS, LOCATED NORTH OF 19TH STREET, EAST OF HELLMAN AVENUE WHEREAS, on the 4th day of October, 1982, an application was filed and accepted on the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 8th day of December, 1982, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the California Government Code. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: 1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses permitted in the proposed zone in terms of access, size, and compatibility with existing land use in the surrounding area. • 2. That the proposed Zone Change would not have significant impact on the environment nor the surrounding properties. 3. That the proposed Zone Change is in conformance with the General Plan. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that this project will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and recommends to City Council the issuance of a Negative Declaration on December 8, 1982. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California Government Code, that the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby recommends approval on the 8th day of December, 1982, Planned Development No. 82-05. 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council approve and adopt Planned Development No. 82-05. 3. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission • shall be forwarded to the City Council . Resolution No. 82-111 Page 2 • 4. All Conditions of Approval applicable to Tentative Tract No. 12305 shall apply to this Planned Development. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1982.
