A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA AMENDING THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 12305
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission tentatively approved Tract Map No.
12305 on December 8, 1982, by Resolution No. 82-112; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commision has held a duly advertised public
hearing for the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds no objections or overrides
same to such Amendment.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. The Tentative Tract Map No. 12305 is consistent with
the adopted General Plan.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
revision to Resolution No. 82-112 for the above-described project for the
following items:
• ENGINEERING DIVISION
8. Installation of a storm drain along 19th Street from
the project boundary to the existing water course
across 19th Street, east of Amethyst Street, shall be
required. The applicant's Engineer shall submit
additional detailed drainage analysis for the City
Engineer to determine the scope and extent of the
work required.
SECTION 3: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby amends
Resolution No. 82-112 to read as follows:
8. The northerly side of 19th Street shall be widened
4.00 feet (31 feet from centerline to front face of
an A.C. berm) from the east property line of the
subject tract to the west curb line of Amethyst
Street. Improvements will include asphalt paving,
asphalt berm, grading and catch basin modifications
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and
Cal Trans.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 10TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1983.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 10th day of August, 1983, by the following vote-to-wit:
