AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~CHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 17.22 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE, MODIFYING PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR
CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH DEVELOPMENT
CODE REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, on this 2nd day of August, 1989, the City Council held a
duly noticed Public Hearing pursuant to Section 65864 of the California
Government Code.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 17.22.040.3 of the Municipal Code shall be
amended to read as follows:
Each unit shall provide parking as required by Development Code
Section 17.12.040.
SECTION 2: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its
passage at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1989.
