A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
MAP NUMBER 17433, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map number 17433, submitted by Dat Ta and consisting of 9
lots, generally located on the north side of Church Street, 140 feet west of Pasito Drive, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 28, 2008, and
is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant
to that Act; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement Agreement
guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Living Water Investment Group, LLC, as
developer, and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering for dedication,
for street, highway and related purposes, the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves,
that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security submitted by said developer
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk attest; and that the offers for
dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 17433 is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California, to be filed for record.
