A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG THE PUBLIC ~
FOR CUP 88-12 - FOOlMILL BOULEVARD MEDIANS AND
A~RIZING THE F]TING OF A NOTICE OF CCMPLETION FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for CUP 88-12 -
Foothill Boulevard Me~__ians have been c~mpleted to the satisfaction of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSFD, APPROVED, and ADOPIeD this 16th day of December 1992.
