A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT OF
PARCEL MAP 19532
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19532, submitted by Smash LLC, a California Limited
Liability Company and consisting of a subdivision of 2 parcels with a combined area of 1.77 acres
of land, located at the southeast corner of Etiwanda Avenue and Arrow Route, within the General
Industrial (G1) District, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on June 11, 2014; and .
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19532 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown
on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final parcel
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by Smash LLC, a California Limited
Liability Company, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby resolves
that said Parcel Map 19532 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
