A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCFK)
CUCAMONGA, CATIFOR~IA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IANDSCAPE
IMPROVeMenTS FOR TRACT 13930 AND ~ZING THE FqT.TNG
OF A NOT/CEOFCEMPIITIONFORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public landscape impr~ts for Tract
13930 have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHB]~EAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is requi~r'ed to ~ filed, certifyirr3
the work complete.
NOW, TrIHREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted aid the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~]D, A~, and ADO~ this 16th day of December 1992.
