A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC}tO
Ct~, C. ATIFORNIA, ACCEPT/NG THE PUBLIC ~
FOR TRACT CUP 88-28 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTI.TNG OF A
NOTICE OFCOMPLETIONFORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the comstruction of public improvements for O3P 88-28 have
been ccmpleted to the satisfaction of the City ~lg~; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccepletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cumplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Err3~ is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVEI), and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December 1992.
