Per James L. Markman, City Attorney, minutes for cancelled meetings are
not required.
Therefore, as of February 10, 2015, the City Clerk's Office will no longer
prepare minutes for cancelled meetings of the Fire Protection District,
Successor Agency, Public Financing Authority or City Council.
