A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE IANDSCAPE AND STORM
DRA/N ]MP~DV~M[~TS FOR TRACT 14192-1 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FII.TNG OF A NOTICE OF CCMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 14192-1
has been ccmpleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; arK~
WHerEAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County ReDorder of
PASSF~, APPle, and ADOPI~ this 2nd day of December 1992.
