A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
~, CALIFORNIA, ~ING PAMelA J. WRIGHT FOR
HER SERVICES AS A M~MBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Pamela J. Wright was elected to the City Council in April,
1984; and
WHEREAS, City Counci~ Pamela J. Wright was selected by her
collegues to serve as Mayor Pro Tempore and to serve on several key cc~m~ttees
such as T.ih~ary Services, Emergency Preparedness, Youth Assistance, Mobile
Home Rent Review, Central Park Design, and Day Taharer Task Force; and
WHEREAS, during her tenure as a member of the Rarr_ho Cucamonga City
Council, Pamela J. Wright was instrumental in creating the Environmental
Management Cammission, promoting inter-agency cooperation among the various
agencies and districts that serve our residents, and providing serivces for
youth in our oam~nity such as D.A.R.E., CHOICES and working toward a new
WHEREAS, as a member of the Rancho Cucamonga City Council, Pamela J.
Wright demonstrated outstaraing leadership, dedication and ccn~oe~ in
improving the economic and social well being of the c~,~,unity for the citizens
of Rancho Cucamonga.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, on behalf of its citizens, does hereby ccmmend Pamela J.
Wright for her outstanding leadership while serving as a member of the City
Council and extends best wishes for continued success in her future endeavors.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 30th day of November, 1992.
